Step 1: Introductory Call

Start with a 15-minute virtual consultation where we’ll explore your fertility history, current challenges, and future goals. This call is the first step in creating a personalized fertility roadmap rooted in functional medicine.
If advanced testing is needed, you’ll receive expert guidance on selecting the most relevant specialty labs to uncover hidden factors affecting your fertility—from hormone imbalances to nutrient deficiencies and more.
Step 2: New Patient Labs
You'll be onboarded as a new patient and start the process of completing your lab work. Once I receive your lab results, we'll set a time for your first in-depth appointment.
We'll take a deeper look into the core elements of your well-being, from nutrition and physical activity to sleep patterns and stress management.
Together, we'll craft a personalized strategy to get you to your goals as quickly and safely as possible. This typically includes lifestyle changes, nutraceuticals, and safe, effective prescriptions such as peptide therapy.
Step 3: Follow Ups
We will follow up on an as-needed basis, typically every 6-8 weeks.
During this time, we will review your progress and make any necessary tweaks. I encourage my clients to continue to check their lab work to evaluate their progress and see how far they've come!
